This status is awarded every three months based on performance over the last year, provided certain standards are reached.
Standards for becoming a Superhost ―
・Maintain an overall rating of ★4.8 or higher based on reviews from the last year
・Maintain a response rate of 90% or higher
・Maintain a cancellation rate below 1%
・Have hosted at least 10 bookings (or 3 bookings totaling 100+ nights) in the last year
