    It is a residence where you can receive hotel-like services while living in a standard rental property.
  • What is the difference from hotels?
    Serviced apartments are suitable for relatively long-term stays. They are fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances for daily living, making them suitable for "living" purposes.
  • What is included in the services?
    Our service includes monthly middle cleaning (cleaning of water section and changing linens) and payment of utilities.
  • Does the rent change if services are not needed?

  • What is check-out cleaning?
    We clean the entire room and change the linens after you move out.
  • Are there any documents required before moving in?
    We will ask you to submit our designated registration form and sign a lease agreement if you will be staying for more than one month.
  • Are there any procedures required to move in without services?
    In addition to the rental contract, we ask you to start/stop electricity, gas and water supply.
  • Will the security deposit be refunded?
    After you move out, we will refund your money after restoring the room to its original condition.
  • Is it possible to cancel the contract during the tenancy?
    This can be done by contacting us by the time period specified for each property or by paying a fee in the amount specified in the contract. Please contact us for details.
  • Can I change or cancel the contract before moving in?
    This is possible by paying a penalty fee determined by each property.
  • What if I want to extend the tenancy period?
    The contract can be extended as a re-contract only if there is no next tenancy reservation.
  • What is the maximum length of the contract?
    It varies depending on the availability of reservations. Please ask us for details.
  • Can I move in for a short period of 1 or 2 months?
    The minimum period varies depending on the property. Please contact us for details.
  • Are there properties available for rent in less than a month?
    Some properties are available as private accommodations, please inquire through "CONTACT US".
  • Can students move in?
    Yes. Many international students use our apartments.
  • What payment methods are available for rent? Is it possible to make monthly payments?
    You can pay by bank transfer to our designated account or debit by credit card. Either monthly payment or lump-sum payment is available.
  • Is fire insurance required?
    Customers who will be in residence for more than 6 months are required to subscribe.
  • Is it necessary to join a rent guarantee company?
    Please contact us in advance since it depends on the length of your stay and your convenience.
  • Is a corporate contract available?
    Yes.
  • Is the apartment for residential use only?
    Some properties are available for commercial use.
  • Are there any age restrictions for residents?
    No amenities are available. Please note that we may not be able to provide amenities for infants.
  • Is Wi-Fi available in the room?
    Yes, it is available.
  • Is there parking or motorcycle parking available?

  • Is there bicycle parking available?

  • Can I smoke in the room?
    All of our properties are non-smoking.
  • Are pets allowed in the apartments?
    In general, it is not possible. Please ask us about some cases where this may be possible.
  • What size are the beds?
    Please refer to each property information from "APARTMENTS" as it varies from property to property.
  • Are water facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens shared?
    All are exclusive to each room.
  • Do you have any amenities for children?
    We are sorry, but we basically do not provide this service, so please prepare it yourself.
  • Can I bring in my own furniture?
    In principle, this is possible for tenants who will be living in the apartment for three months or longer. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred when bringing in the apartment.
  • Can furniture in the room be removed if it is not needed?
    This will be determined based on the length of tenancy. If removal is possible, an additional fee may be charged. Please ask us for details.
  • How do I check in?
    The basic check-in procedure is self check-in. In some properties, our staff will hand over the key directly to you.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in: 4:00 p.m., Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
  • Is early check-in/late check-out available?
    It is possible with an additional fee. Please be sure to contact us in advance as we may not be able to accept your request depending on the reservation situation.
  • How far in advance can I make a reservation? Can I make a tentative reservation?
    Reservations are generally accepted one or two months in advance. Please contact us for a tentative reservation as it depends on the availability.
  • Are utilities included in the rent?
    They are included if you use the apartment with services.
  • Can I preview the apartment before signing the contract?
    Yes, please contact us for dates.
  • Can I preview the property online?
    Please take a 360-degree virtual tour of each property on the "APARTMENTS" page.
  • Can I drop my luggage off before check-in?
    Please consult with us in advance. Please note that there is a possibility that we may not be able to accept your request in some cases.
  • May I invite outsiders to the lounge or other common areas of the apartment?
    In general, it is not allowed.
  • May I invite friends and family to the room?
    If you need to temporarily change the number of residents, please contact us.
