Can I make a reservation by phone?(Common to all facilities)No. Reservation can only be made online. Please book online.

What is the payment method for the accommodation fee?(Common to all facilities)All payments must be made in advance. We do not accept payments up-front, so please be sure to make your reservation and payment beforehand.

How far in advance can I make a reservation? Can I make a tentative reservation?(For serviced apartments)Reservations are generally accepted one or two months in advance. Please contact us for a tentative reservation as it depends on the availability.

Can I preview the apartment before signing the contract?(For serviced apartments)Generally possible when rooms are vacant. Please contact us for details.

Can I change the number of people or the date of my stay over the phone?(For hotels)No. We do not accept changes over the phone. Please cancel or change your reservation through the booking site you used.

Can I use a travel voucher or gift card?(For hotels)We do not accept Travel vouchers and gift cards.

Could you issue a receipt?(For hotels)Please issue it from the reservation site you used.

How do I check in?(For serviced apartments)The basic check-in procedure is self check-in. In some properties, our staff will hand over the key directly to you.

I understand this is an unattended hotel, but how do I receive the room key?(For hotels)A self check-in tablet is placed at the hotel. A passcode that will serve as your key will be displayed after you check-in.

What time is the latest check-in?(For hotels)Latest check-in is at 24:00.

Is it possible for minors (under 18 years old) to stay alone?(For hotels)No. Minors are not allowed.

Can I bring in my own furniture?(For serviced apartments)In principle, this is possible for tenants who will be living in the apartment for three months or longer. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred when bringing in the apartment.
